This is with regards to my purchase of a diamond ring in July 2017. I have unfortunately misplaced the bill and visited the bundgarden branch requesting for a duplicate bill. The salesman there asked me to visit the Sadashiv peth branch where i met Mr. Anil Ranka. A very rude and arrogant man who did not know how to respect and talk politely to customers. He denied to give us the bill as the software has changed, primary reason being that it will be time consuming for him to pull out the bill from the old software. I did request him but his response was very rude and laid back. Request you to help me get the bill.
