AC was purchased from Reliance Digital showroom in Infinity Mall, Malad West, Mumbai on 20th April 2024 and got it delivered next day on 21st April 2024. It's been 4 days of delivery and still have no updates on the installation of AC (which they promise to install within 24 hours of delivery). On their ResQ app status reads as Allocation of technician is pending from 21st April and does not change in the past 4 days.
I am tired of calling their waste customer service support number and all they can help is with false hopes that technical team will connect to me shortly, but no connection is being made till now.
Installation is part of their ResQ service and I have even opted for their extended warranty plan based on their ResQ service so seeing the pathetic quality of service in the installation phase itself I seek refund of my money paid towards their extended warranty plan which amounts to Rs 12114/- with installation cost of Rs 1415/- (if they fail to install product today itself or else update me when sooner they can have it installed) so I can have it installed from the brand itself which removes me from their dependency.
