I bought a MacBook from the reliance digital website for office purpose, so to get GST credit input I added my GST number while ordering for which I have a screenshot for. The order number is RDF0898238. I paid the amount and confirmed the order! But the initial summary I received for my mail did not show any GST number! So I contacted their customer care and asked them if my GST number has been included. But they gave me a shocking No!!! And they further said they cannot include it now. But I have a screenshot of me entering my GST details. But they say I have not added my GST details on purchase! Now they suggest me to cancel the order which they can’t do as they already shipped it. Now they say that I have to deny the order when the courier rep comes to my doorstep. The fault is on their side but the burden is on me now. I don’t know why they can’t just cancel the previous invoice and generate a new one with my GST info on it. If the fault was on me I would have accepted it. But it is their issue. I need a proper compensation.
