I applied for cancellation of set top box and broadband on 26th july 2022.
Till this date, my money is not refunded

i submitted the device in jio center kilpauk on 30th august 2022 as per the instruction given by the jio call.
I also gave my bank details
I was given Mr.Mohammed number [protected] in kilpauk as he will call me and i have to tell him the the OTP.
Mr.MOhammed did not call as advised by the technician for the past 3 days.
I called him many times, he did not attend the call
I paid around Rs.4240 for 6 months on 24th JUly 2022.
Not used the broadband for more than 2 days.
I applied for cancellation on 26th July 2022.
Till this date it is not resolved
