Reliance Jio Infocomm — Company is not refunding Jio Air fiber booking amount

I booked Jio Air Fiber last November by giving booking amount of INR 100. Company promised installation within 2-3 working days but company failed to install the same. I called customer care multiple times for refund as they could not install the same. They just give assurance of refund but have not get yet....

Reliance Jio Infocomm — Complaining about no internet connectivity for days

I have been using jio fiber for the last 1. 5 years. In recent times there has been lot o[censored]nannounced connectivity interruption from jio side which takes longer days to get resolved. I have raised multiple complaints in the past 2 months. And recently there has been no connectivity from 17th May 2024 to till date(21st May 2024). And when I contacted the customer care for refund, so that I can go for another service provider, they denied...
