Dear Respected Concern.
Complaint point wise:-
That My Brother Mr. Asif Imam, Resident of Rajapur, Mainpura, Gate No- 35, Near Masjid, Patna, Bihar, Pin Code- 800001, had invested in Sahara India Pariwar Scheme Name (Advance for Q Shop Goods (Exist) Plan H ) Rs 11, 300 (Eleven Thousand Three Hundred ) dated 17.05.2012 against the receipt No [protected] and Rs 11, 300 (Eleven Thousand Three Hundred ) dated 17.05.2012 against the receipt No [protected]. A total sum equals to Rs 22600/- (Twenty two thousand six hundred ) of both the investment.
2.That the maturity date of both the investment was on 31.07.2018, but when the complainant asked Sahara India Pariwar to pay the total maturity amount, Sahara India Pariwar said to reinvest or fix the total maturity amount for another 2 Years as this is the rule before withdrawal of the total amount.
3.The Sahara India Pariwar reinvested or fixed the total amount with interest into a new scheme Golden 24 (HICCSL), Certificate No[protected], Membership No[protected], Account No [protected], Receipt No[protected] and Golden 24
(HICCSL), Certificate No[protected], Membership No[protected], Account No [protected], Receipt No[protected] dated 31.07.2018 for a period of 2 year.
4.That I after the maturity date went to the Sahara India Branch and Regional offices to withdraw the total maturity amount against the total investment done which was approx 73000/- (Seventy three thousand) as told by the Sahara India Branch office Buddha Colony they refused and denied to pay the amount.
5.That I visited the Sahara India Branch and Regional offices to withdraw the total maturity amount many times but each time the respondent gave no reply or response. The respondent behavior seems that they are not in a mood to pay the total maturity amount to the Complainant.
Request to Respondents.
1. Ask the Respondents to duly look into this matter with foremost importance to take necessary steps to render the proper service to the complainant . Respondents had not paid the maturity amount of any of the mentioned investment which is about Rs 73000/- (Seventy three thousand) in total.
2. Ask the Respondents to provide and pay the total maturity amount of all the mentioned investment .
3. Ask the Respondents to pay all the other expenses that are being made to withdraw the maturity amount like travelling charge, advocate fees, and all the such other expenses along with Rs 10000/- (Ten thousand) extra as a compensation to the Complainant for the deficiency and delay in service and mental harassment and agony.
4. Ask the Respondents to pay the costs of litigation.
