I wish to emphasize that I was not informed, either at the time of purchase or in any Samsung documentation, that international warranty support would be unavailable. Given my loyalty to the brand and the considerable investment I made in the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, I expected that my concerns would be addressed promptly and professionally.
In light of the above, I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
1. An immediate review of my warranty claim to rectify the issue with my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4.
2. Clear and transparent communication with customers regarding warranty coverage, especially for devices purchased internationally.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience, financial loss, and distress that I have experienced due to this situation.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter. If my concerns are not addressed satisfactorily, I will be compelled to escalate this issue to the appropriate consumer protection agencies and consider legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.
