This complaint regarding of Harassment and demanding amount ₹3450 within 1 year guarantee period of my Samsung TV Remote.

I am valuable customer of Samsung company. My Remote sensor not working properly from the beginning. I complaint costumer care manny time but they given solution on temporary bassis not permanent. I purchased new Samsung TV before 3 months, but from beginning remote sensor not working when I purchased new Samsung TV salesman insured me for best service for further inconvenience but this is first time very bed experience. I am surprised Mr. Dushyant( Samsung authorised person) denied to replace remote even told me for pay charge amount of around 3550 immediately whenever I have 1 year guarantee.
This is very wrong and harassment of costumer!
Kindly look this issue I will be great fully of your!
