My complaint no. is [protected]. I purchased Samsung Note 9 premium series phone and within warranty it has so many problems. It has a faulty camera, touch is not working propery, hang problem, excess heat, phone was automatically working, and other issues. This is a manufacturing defect.
I complained regarding this so they told me to submit the phone to service center. I submitted the phone on request of the senior excutive. And he did not give me proper resolution and they are not replacing my phone. They have offered 5 months extended warranty, but i cannot accept it as my phone is in warranty and i want a Replacement or refund. Again if same problems come then samsung will not attend me later after the expiry of the warranty period. So where will i go.
My warranty will expire on 22 Aug 2019. And i am following up with them since more than 20 days. And they have not given proper resolution.
Is this the way samsung works. I am highly dissatisfied with samsung. This is how they deal with their premium customers.
