I am writing to inform you about the faulty washing machine that I have purchased from Snehanjali electronics & trading pvt ltd store. On the 26th of October 2023; copy of invoice enclosed.I bought a brand new Washing machine. However, after a few weeks o[censored]sing it, several problems started to appear on top screens of error 4C.
When I try to Wash clothes, the system either crashes or a 4C error is shown. Also, I am getting a lot of complaints, even after your service engineer come at home and always engineering told me machine is ok not a faulty then i will show video footage he said that when i am come your home then error not shown, your machine is not faulty, what ridiculous answer and on the next day same issue face.

many more time talk with customer care, yet machine not working
For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement washing machine and compensation for hand wash clothes for the period of 14/11/23 to till date.
also i bought the basic warranty + 3 years extended warranty of machine
