Recently purchased a Samsung S95c model from Reliance digital showroom in Indiranagar, Bangalore.
Complaint registered on Dec23 for TV replacement/refund since the product supplied is found to be defective(motherboard/tv panel issue within 2 months of purchase)
Neither the showroom (Reliance Digital) or the brand (Samsung) is interested to look into this case seriously. After close to 40 days of wait, my request for replacement approval is rejected(without proper reason)
Requested customer support to connect with brand manager and area service manager but the customer service representative is least interested to heed to my request.
Bought this product for 2.2 lakhs INR and pathetic to see how samsung treats its customer. Sincerely hope, some responsible person in Samsung looks into the customer request with a knowledge and passion for customer experience.
Samsung manufactures product which easily breaks within couple of months and in the name of warranty they play the waiting game with the customer. Its high time, Samsung does proper R&D to build products and manufacture them. They should start realizing the value of customers hard earned money and stop hiding themselves like cowards.
