Snapmint — Money lost

Money lost! I ordered a product and paid Rs. 651 as downpayment... Now the product is not shown on 'My orders ' section and i don't know what to do next beacuse of non availability of customer support... At least i want the refund asap... Or the customer care of the snapmint team should solve the issue My order id[protected]
In my orders section, it says that verification succesful, but there is no further proceedings... And the product...
