Snehanjali Electronics — Laptop

I had buy a laptop on 5 july and issue strted in 15 july continuosly and then keyboard stop working..
I had done compln in store where i buy... But no proper solution got...
I lost my time and money...
Pls hlp as soon as possible..
I buy the laptop for work at home but... It not done any work from laptop...
Very bad experience got from 1st time
