Snehanjali Electronics — snehanjali and sansui

We have raised complain of our Sansui LED TV (Ulhasnagar 4). There were black spots on the screen. The Complain was Lodged on November 2018. One technician have visited in November and said that one more technician will be visiting us. But it is April 2019 now and there is no response from Snehanjali and Sansui. The Snehanjali customer care is also of no use. They say they will call after 30 min but there is no reply from them. The matter was taken to Indian Consumer forum but they have also not replied to them. Many mails have been forwarded to Snehanjali and Sansui but there is no response from any one of them.
