As discussed : yesterday the lcd screen of zepo tv is not working. (Copy attached with this email for reference.) zepo led 31.5 zp - 315 hdr chassis no. Zp - 31 l[protected]we have messaged you invoice and extended warranty copy yesterday on your business account no. ([protected]).
As you are aware this tv is a bad product. the repairing was done few months before by zepo technician. lcd screen was changed after one and half month. we contacted zepo tv. - mobile no. [protected]. Messaged invoice copy to her. The lady officer informed the original warranty has expired. She informed to contact dealer for extended warranty. We approached your snehanjali dealer in savera heights malad west. Handed over copy of invoice to mr. Irfan. Snehanjali representative. He gave following no [protected] - mr raj. When we called him to discuss above problem. The person informed it is wrong no.
