We bought a new TV Aug 15th 2023 and the TV showed the blank screen on Sept 1st 2023. We registered a complain on Sat 2nd 2023 and the complaint ID is INCA[protected], the Sony technician came the same evening and said on Sept 4th the TV will be replaced. We have been following up and the response over the last two days is that there will be response in half hour, some one will respond back etc.
We were promised immediate replacement but following up has been a night mare.
