I am writing to inform you of the deceptive practices conducted by the recruiter firm "M/S SPRENZA RECRUITMENT" in relation to a job placement opportunity with your organization.
On February 3rd, I was approached by M/S SPRENZA RECRUITMENT for an interview, which was conducted telephonically by a member of the TCS team, after I paid an amount of 15k for job placement. Following the interview, I was informed of my selection for the Manager position at TCS, with a commitment to receive the offer letter within 15-20 working days.
On March 10th, a staff member from TCS provided me with two joining date options, May 7th or June 15th, of which I selected May 7th. Despite assurances that the offer letter would be released by April 10th, I have been continually given excuses and delays. Initially promised April 10th, then May 1st, and now, I am left uncertain and apprehensive about the legitimacy of this process.
Given the lack of transparency and the repeated delays, I am compelled to take legal action against M/S SPRENZA RECRUITMENT for fraudulent activities.
