Despite my ongoing efforts to address outstanding payments on my credit card, I have been subjected to relentless and unacceptable harassment in the form of multiple calls to both myself and my family members.
The numbers used for these calls, specifically [protected] and [protected], have caused significant distress and inconvenience to me and my family. I must emphasize that such behavior is in clear violation of the commitment made by the bank to refrain from contacting my parents and resorting to abusive tactics.
I demand immediate clarification on the basis for these calls and insist on an explanation from Standard Chartered Bank. This harassment is unwarranted and must cease immediately.
I expect a prompt response and swift resolution to this matter. Failure to address this issue satisfactorily will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint further to the consumer court and police action.
