StashFin — Complaint Regarding Mishandling private personal information by stashfin App

I didn't do any ECS submissions on the Stashfin app for loans.
I applied for 10000 and 2000 INR, but it failed. My phone was hacked and hasn't worked since then; no one has contacted me to help me. This app is cheating me and not giving me the required amount.
