I'm a daily traveller from pondicherry (Muruga theatre Stop) to chennai ( vengapakkam stop) . Today morning I got bus from muruga theatre at 10:30. Bus number was TN32N4520. I have reserved my ticket from Nagercoil to Chennai, 3:15PM timing. But, reserved bus not coming and I transferred to another bus, 4:50 PM timing.

Allocated seat was very last, and it was located direct tire side. Recently I have gone operation, and my comfort was totally collapsed for your irresponsible duty.

This is Muthuserpi. Last Saturday, I traveled from Truchy to Salem on bus number TN 45 N3771. During my journey, I had my costly dolls with me in a bag. Unfortunately, upon reaching Salem, I realized that I forgot to take my dolls with me. I immediately tried to contact the bus depot BM and other officials, but they did not answer my calls or respond adequately to my complaints.

Route no 843 c. Resrvation opened at 2.30 am but with in 2 minutes all the seats got reserved. This is kind of eye wash.....

Resrvation counter opened for 17 January 2024 on 18 December 2022 at 2.30am.
But with in 2 minutes all the tickets got booked. Even disability persons seats also booked, how it happened....

I have booked my ticket travelling from Neyveli to Coimbatore on [Date of travel : 13/12/2023]. Friday night around 6.36 I took a buss from Perungalathur
The bus destination was up to kumbakonam
And my destination was in neyveli arch
The conductor dint refund the change to me
I gave 500 rupee and the ticket was around 150 rupee...

As I got the bus in Bangalore satellite bus stop from Bangalore to Salem in tamilnadu bus TN 30 N 2022. The bus took off from Bangalore at 11:00 pm . And after some time the conductor got into the bus in another bus stop and started to collect the the bus fare I paid 305 rupees and the bus fare is 235 rupees but he gave only 20 rupees of change and he confirmed that he will give the chance of 50 rupees later but after some time getting ticket...

Yesterday night I booked one bus AC seater cum sleeper coach in SETC from Dindigul to Chennai, bus orgin from theni and it will reach Dindigul every night 9pm, yesterday me and 4 other passengers wait upto 10pm, but bus was not come, after that we ask from setc Dindigul office, they also don't get any information about bus cancellation, last minute they arrange seats in Kodaikanal to Chennai bus in non AC,
