Hi team,
I have personally visited airtel office for the closure of my account no.[protected] but they have not closed that and generated the bill amount of 628 rupees. I have not used the dongle between that period as i thought it was disconnected then why the bill amount is generated.
Kindly look in to the matter as i am not liable to pay this.
Kindly do the needul.
