Complaint marked as Resolved I had mailed and called the university helpline number several times. On 15th I had sent a mail and didn’t receive any reply. On 16th I called the helpline number and the grievance team informed me that the first round of refund was been initiated and that I be assured of the refund. By evening the same day I received the refund amount.
Tata Institute of Social Sciences customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
