I am using the Tata Photon Plus prepaid dongle since 3 Years and recharge every month before expiry to carried forward the balance Data. This month My Recharge Expiry Date was 18th March'16 and I recharged before Expiry on 17th march of 525/-.When I connected dongle to my laptop on same day then it was not connected and sudden I had contact to customer care then they said that it has been disconnected and now there is no balance in the dongle and saying I have to go to outlet and take new number.
I need the Refund of my recharge along with Data Balance of 10 GB was available to carried forward.
