I am an owner of a royal enfield classic 350 bearing regn. Number kl 58 m 8179.I have given my bike for paid service three times till date @ teknik motors.My last service was done on 11th of june.My bike had an electrical problem since march and that was the first time i had given my bike at teknik motors.I was charged about rupees 5000 then and i was told that the problem is fixed.The actual problem with the bike is that the engine just goes off while the bike is running, ie, a complete breakdown state.It has been just one and a half years since i've brought my bike.Now the bike is still in a breakdown state.I had paid above rupees 5000 for all my three services done at teknik motors.They had replaced many things from my bike as well.When i contacted them, they showed a really poor response.Moreover, i had to keep my bike over there for three days everytime i had given for a service.My bike is my only mode of transportation and i had to face great personal losses only because of this reason.The first time i had given my bike, i couldn't even attend my own sister's wedding as my bike was with these people.My friend had also met with an accident as the engine went off while riding.Royal enfield is a trusted brand and due to service centres like teknik motors, i am now losing the trust in my bike as well as the brand.I request the bike to be fixed as well as a refund.
