I had ordered a cafe mocha box from therm for last year April. They dispatched around January 2023 after multiple follow ups. However the package was returned back and trying to reach customer service since then for the last 5 months but there was no update. They are literary robing the customers. They should atleast try to resolve the issue. Even after sending multiple mails to the customer service, this is not looked upon Was this information helpful? |
