The Big Book Box — Money has been deducted twice with no refund | |||
This company is book box brand where they curate books and bookish merchandises. I ordered a book box that cost 2479 after discount. I paid the amount via Google pay, it showed successful and the money was debited from my account but the order failed at their end. I ordered again and another 2479 amount got debited. I wrote to the company registering a ticket that money has been deducted twice so please refund the extra amount. They replied that due to lockdown, the refund process is failing so we will refund the amount after the lockdown gets over. After five months and countless follow-ups I am yet to get the refund. These fraud people are not even replying despite raising two more tickets recently. I have attached the screenshots for the money deducted. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
