I ordered two boxes from The Big Book Box in February- The Espresso Box and The Babel Bundle. Till now they haven’t delivered my order. And the worst part is that they kept lying to me.
They told me that my Espresso box has already been dispatched but they provided no tracking details. Even the website hasn’t changed its status from processing. Still I gave them the benefit of doubt and kept waiting. But it’s been almost 20 days now.
I kept mailing them regarding my tracking details. No reply from them and eventually they stopped replying to my mail. The Babel boxes were supposed to dispatch that week itself but it didn’t and I’ve gotten no reply from them.
I’ve sent them 3 mails, and even DM’d them on Instagram but they don’t reply. They don’t answer my comments either. Never going to buy anything from them again.
