I subscribed to 3 month book subscription box in October and paid for addon to secret Santa box.
It has been more than 5 months and I did not receive any box so far.
Also, I did not receive any intimation regarding delivery of the boxes.
I mailed the customer service multiple times and did not receive any reply.
