I ordered a July 2022 box in the month of June 2022 but it didn't get delivered until September 2022, i kept following up but the management kept mentioning that it'll be delivered soon. I was eventually promised it'll be delivered by 25th November and i kept waiting, I had enough and I asked for refund since then i am fed stories that it'll happen today and it'll happen tomorrow but I have not received the money yet. The owners (Desh Deepak Singh and Surabhi S Rai) do not even care to respond to the LinkedIn Inmails, what kind of entrepreneurs are they? I wonder! I am going to pursue this until my money is refunded even if it means that I end up spending more. Same here, I ordered a box in August 2022. Still haven’t received it, to my mails. I have filed a consumer grievance, after which I definitely will be taking it further in the consumer court.

Same thing happened with me (placed order in August 2022- i have received no response, other than 1 reply back which was just for appearance). I have already filed a consumer grievance and if it is still not resolved I will be taking further actions against them in consumer court.

If you guys decide to take any legal action against them, please count me in. I have been going through the same situation. Placed order in August, 2022 and still no sign of the box. Rest we know about the lies they keep feeding us.
