Yesterday on, 14th may TOI+ subscription was initiated wrongly.. It was meant for hard copy of yearly subscription of TOI newspaper. Request reversal & withdrawal of TOI + mbership.

Hi,

I renewed my subscription last month for times of India news paper. I am not getting paper since 10 days. I made first complaint on 3rd April (Complaint no .[protected] and followed by several calls but no use. I think support persons are not capable to resolve or there don’t care customer. I thought Times of India is a reputed organisation.

I am upset with your service so either you escalate the issue...
