As you can understand from the subject, this is regarding two orders that i have placed with you on
Order Numbers:
UBX1XKLF12490F87F- 6 bottles
UBX1XKLF12498F87F- 3 bottles
Now just look at the issues which have bitterly impacted my experience with Unboxed.
UBX1XKLF12498F87F
In one of the order there was three fragrances in which
Burburry London was without cap, but upon receiving found it LEAKING, with more than 10% evaporated.
Polo Red extreme which has no fragrance, i am not sure of its original or its too old.
UBX1XKLF12490F87F:
Second order i had 6 fragrances:
Ordered CH 212VIP for men and received CH 212
Ordered YSL Y EDP and received YSL Y
Ordered LaYuqawam 100ml but received only 75Ml.
So in 9 fragrances 5 of them have issues which is clearly not acceptable.
Its sheer waste of time and effort’s of both sides.
i have unboxing videos as well. Let me know if any kind of proofs required.
I am okay even if full orders need to be returned.
Otherwise i want return of these Fragraces or proper replacements.
If that’s not possible refund the amount in SOURCE ACCOUNT not the COUPON.
BUT I AM FAILING TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE AFTER MULTIPLE EFFORTS.
