Dear Sir/ madam, My self sulata patra, I have a saving a/c in your United bank of india, station road (77 bus stand) vill & post sankrail, sankrail howrah 711313 branch code 1428 Today I have visited this branch for KYC updation because your CSP branch in chaturbhujkati bhagbatipur agent told me that my a/c got dormant and for re-kyc per a/c need Rs.300-400, My family members another 4 a/c be there so he demand Rs 300-400 per a/c per kyc updation. So I have visit my home branch united bank of india branch code1428 for re-kyc and awere this matter, but your United bank osankrail branch staff support the CSP agent and advice me that you should gave the money Rs.300-400 to your CSP agent for re-kyc because this service only gave CSP agent so I can't help you. So kindly look into the serious matter because i knew very well it is kyc compliance and bank staff doesn't demand for money but your bank staff are involved in corruption and they do not give customer service so I am also escalate this matter to RBI.
