Dear Gentlemen,
Do you have any fair response on my previous email? I paid ncb charges 10 days before and till now there is nither any payment receipt as well as ncb corrected policy bond or any legal intimation to policy holders.
It does really making sense of very very poor service from ICICI BANK management team.
PLEASE 🙏🙏🙏 do needful ASAP.

I could remember that the correction of NCB in my car insurance policy bond ( Policy No. 3001/[protected]/00/000) has been initiated once I came to know the rejection of claim (MOT[protected] due to NCB error on 25th June, 2020. After several requests, repeated responses from you, the same word like 'it will be completed within 48 hr. tenure', however one after one tenure were passed. Unfortunately, you sent the payment link on 6th July, 2020 via an email where there was no mention about the payment for what I will pay. I still paid the amount based on your telephonic promise immediately after getting the payment link, which is72 hrs before now. Final response was like it is under process as per your last email. Till now I do not have any proof of following: payment receipt for a specific purpose (not mentioned), NCB correction process status and deadline, etc...
May I expect to have an informative email which could prove that NCB correction is under process on my policy bond and when it should be corrected. Should I touch the steering of my car?
Even after 10 days of payment of ncb charges 10 days before and till now there is nither any payment receipt as well as ncb corrected policy bond or any legal intimation to policy holders.
Please don't make me hopeless towards the service from ICICI bank ltd. because I gathered enough faith from your banking service using several products like a number of SB/FD accounts (Bagnan Branch), Fastag, Motor/health insurance etc.
