Dear Sir/madam,
My complaint is against Voltas Service Request Number:[protected], which is still not resolved and today when I called Mr. Sunil Jadhav phone number [protected] and tried to inquired about my complaint he is not responding to my calls and not providing any solution.
I have then tried reaching the person who installed the AC for the 1st time he picked my phone and demanded Rs.300/- as service charge than when I told him that I will not pay a single amount as it is his duty to install the AC properly and provide service for at least 6 months free of cost after than he has stopped responding to my calls the name of the person who installed is Mr. Mohin his phone number is [protected]. This person by the name Mr. Mohin who installed my AC charged total 28000/- for installation of 3 AC and that too it is not done properly. He is not at all experienced and only wants money.
It’s a brand new AC and its compressor is not working properly. Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty. Also request you to take action against your authorized dealer M/s Heera Refrigeration & air Co. ([protected]) who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorized service center has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.
