During the last service on April 16th, 2024, I filed a request for the replacement of the external unit motor. It has now been more than two weeks, and I have not received any updates or information regarding the delay or expected date for the change of parts. With the scorching weather and temperatures rising, it has been very difficult for me to carry out my daily tasks and duties. I request you to please look into the logistics of your service center and customer care facilities. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that my request could be flagged as urgent, but no actions or procedures were taken to address the issue with the delay in delivery of parts.
