I am not satisfied for the service provide from cool breeze local authorized voltas service agent. My ac complaint open still 2 months now.
Frist complaint was e3 error, while correct error e3 become e5 error, and its have been on march 24 th 2019. Still the complaint open. Latest update i got that my ac board got failure. Its need to change. This happen last 24 th april-2019 (After one month).
Every date i am getting sms, just to show some movements happening for my request, but the e5 still not rectify by service provider.
Please take back my purchased non quality product and arrange the replacement for the same with penalty. Being india, i purchased indian product and i am getting punished now.
