Xpressbees Logistics — Customer not available or customer refused to accept

Dear sir,
It is for your information that i bought a product from meesho. Which is dispatched on xpressbees logistics. My product tracking id is : [protected]. I would like to inform you that i got a notification from xpressbees.in this notification i have seen that my product is out for delivery. Immediatey i have connected the delivery boy by phone call.in this phone call delivery boy refused to deliver my product in my doorstep. He advised me to collect my product from their office. I had paid delivery charge for my product in meesho. Then why your delivery boy refused to deliver my product. Is he know his duty? Is it the way to deal with the customer? Do needful immediately and take strict action against delivery boy.
