My order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd Jan 2024, but it was marked cancelled due to my refusal to accept the delivery. I had contacted the customer care executive to get it delivered on 24th, but on 24th as well, it was marked cancelled due to my refusal. I had to contact them again and they assured me that it will be delivered on 25th, but the same thing happened on 25th as well. on 25th, they asked for 1 more day to deliver my order. today, on 26th, my order has been returned to origin, and the customer care executive is saying that it was returned to origin on 23rd itself. they have been misleading me since 2 days, stating that my order will be delivered. their delivery executive did not contact me or show up to my place to deliver the order. their customer executive named Prajakta is extremely rude and unprofessional and said to me " aap hi bol lo aapko bolne ka bohot shaunk hai" while I was explaining the grievances I faced. She has not provided me with any redressal. xpressbees has wasted my time, provided deficient services and harassed me mentally.
They are not even responding over email.
