[Resolved] Xpressbees Logistics — Online product delivered from wrong and fake company | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I am purchase the online product from faminafab ORDER #65811 (BigFoot Retail Solutions Pvt Ltd) and mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com, When I received this product of dress it’s not good quality and the shopkeeper send road side type dress (Third class quality) which is not as per online site. Now I am asking him to return this product and refund my money Rs.800:00, they are not answering to my mail and also I am requested to Currier office Xpressbees on mail and call (Delivery Boy [protected], supervisor number given by Delivery person is [protected] and called xpressbees office on [protected]) the customer care of Xpressbee are very rude and not helping to return my produce and they doesn’t know the number where they have received this product. Xpressbees Currier order [protected]. So I am requesting you to take an action to against the company “BigFoot Retail Solutions Pvt Ltd” and currier company “Xpressbees” they both are playing a game of cheating in our India and me. Also I am requesting to help me to get back my money Rs. 800 from Currier Company. Because I am giving this money to the Currier company delivery person. I am attaching my mail for your reference which I have sent to this company and Currier Company. I am purchase the online product from salescombo.com ORDER #67607 When I received this product of dress it’s not good quality and the shopkeeper send road side type dress (Third class quality) which is not as per online site. Now I am asking him to return this product and refund my money Rs.649, their no. Is switched off also I have requested to Currier office Xpressbees on mail and call (Delivery Boy [protected], supervisor number given by Delivery person is [protected] and called xpressbees office on [protected]) the customer care of Xpressbee are very rude and not helping to return my produce and they doesn’t know the number where they have received this product.
They just told me that this is from parcelX service. Xpressbees Currier order [18500]. Invoice No. [protected], dated - 20/06/2021.
So I am requesting you to take an action to against the company salescombo and currier company “Xpressbees” they both are playing a game

I purchased something online from a seller, when i received the product i found that it is not what i ordered, the items are totally different, when i asked the seller to take the order back and return rs. 1200, they are not answering to me.
So I am requesting you to take an action to against the seller as they are cheating people. Request you to respond on the matter at earliest to prevent happening this in future.
Also I am requesting to help me to get back my money Rs. 1200 from the Company. As it was COD, so i paid it to Xpressbees, the payment to the seller can be stopped.
