A delivery agent from XpressBees picked my return order from Tata cliq on 2 March 2024.

24 hours later my pickup attempt is still showing unsuccessful on the tata cliq app. I have tried contacting customer care for both the companies but their automated customer service number has no option for my type of complaint. I want to a person but i don't know who to call, where to go.
The order was worth 1700 Rs and I am not going to lose it, so do something about it or give me a number to talk to a person.
