We are extremely sorry for the unpleasant experience you might have had as you booking could not take place and went rejected as you have apply for the booking under the blackout period. As per the terms and conditions, No booking will be entertained during the blackout days.
Now, as per your recent conversation with our customer care team, You have changed you dates and looking froward to get the availability of Jan 17, 2018. Our customer care representative already told you that we have accepted your booking request for Jan 17 but we booking availability to be confirmed and will be issued after Dec 31, 2018.
Please be informed that for the dates after Jan 15, the reservation chart has not yet come. For dates after Jan 15, request you to wait till first week of Jan and we will share you with the available options.
You are requested to wait till Jan 07, 2018. We'll call / Email you to share an update on the same.
