I baught a jewellery watch from Zaria JhansiWhen I took it out for wearing It was not working .itook it to the showroom.they said they will get it right After about a fortnight they gave it back and when I took it out to wear the winding key was missing !and thedial was fitted in wrong direction! Hilarious is not it Sucha big company!nowthey want me to replace my watch with any other jewellers item available in their outlet weather I like it or not!or need it or not ! It is within warranty period but they are not willing to replace it Funny Renu
