I placed an order for a Sofa set through Zefo on 13th Nov, 2021.
On 19th Nov, 2021, I received a message saying they are unable to process my order and refund will be processed.
My order ID is 348089.
Amount to be refunded - Rs. 10398
Since then I have been asking them for my refund but they always reply saying that refund is being processed and will be credited in 5-10 working days.
It has been 3 months now and my refund is still pending.
I have attached photos of the invoices and the email communication.
