Subject: Urgent Complaint: Non-receipt of interest Cashback of EMI Payments

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have been facing with ZestMoney, a financial service provider. Over the past three months, I have not received any cashback for my EMI payments, despite being eligible for such benefits as per their promotional offers and terms and conditions.
I have been a loyal customer of ZestMoney for quite some time and have always paid my EMIs on time. During the initial period of my association with them, I received cashback rewards promptly, which greatly incentivized my continued use of their services. However, starting from March, the cashback rewards stopped altogether without any prior notice or explanation.
I have made several attempts to resolve this issue by reaching out to ZestMoney's customer support team via phone calls and in app messages. However, the responses I received were evasive and unhelpful. Their representatives provided vague explanations, citing technical issues or delays in processing, but failed to provide the cashback on mentioned timeline. Despite their assurances, I have not received any cashback for the past three months, and this has caused a significant financial loss for me.
I would like to highlight that the cashback offers were a crucial factor in my decision to choose ZestMoney as my financial service provider. The absence of these rewards has not only affected my trust in the company but has also resulted in financial hardships for me. I believe it is unfair and unethical for ZestMoney to lure customers with attractive offers and then fail to fulfill their promises.
In light of the above, I kindly request your intervention in resolving this matter. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue thoroughly and ensure that ZestMoney rectifies their negligence by immediately providing the pending cashback rewards that are rightfully owed to me.
Furthermore, I expect ZestMoney to be transparent and forthcoming in their communication regarding this issue. They should promptly inform all affected customers about the reasons for the delay and provide a clear timeline for the resolution of the problem.
