I opened an order regarding refrigerator repairing it got fixed on time & i was charged 1300 for that which was higher compare with market price then within a week as same issue came but this time they took 3 days to repair it. Then again after 5 days same issue came & now technician & zimmber was saying we can't fixed it & we can only refund 50% amount what you paid & the part is not there in market. So based on guess they replace something but if that is not working they should not charge for that. This thing that the replace part was guess they told me now only when i already paid for it & almost face issues for 15 days so it should not be done if technician don't know exactly he should not replace at first attempt itself the part he replaced.
