By order no[protected] I have received mail on 4_april 2017 that your product will reach you 5-7 business days and they are providing me courier details

When I try to track so dtdc courier having no records of this docket so I have complain this to there customer care no on 7 April but there is no support from your company I have mail multiple times they have said we r contacting with courier partner will update you in next 24 hrs but 5 days are left there is no response by customer support team being its a prepaid order I have paid the amount and there is no procedure for refund as per customer care executive statement for prepaid order please suggest what should I do for this pathetic customer support, ... i oreder Philips QT4006/15 Pro Skin Advanced trimmer but i got QT4003/15.
so i want replacement. they already took more than 15 days to delivery the wrong product.
