On 19-nov-2017, around 12:00 a message was received on my mother's mobile phone [protected] from airtel saying that rs 99 has been deducted for classygameandvideo. My mother has not authorised any such request for such a service. When i tried to contact 121, they take you a series of options which never lead to a customer service agent. Their is network but the internet speed is very low like 1mbps. And some times the net work of airtel is been completely blocked.

I was applied my port facilities on 4th November from RCOM to Airtel Services but now matter is pending and due to this I am not able to talk my official person as well as non-payment of any net banking.

I have another airtel connection in delhi which has gone to auckland after paying roaming fee of rs 3998/ on 10 nov 2017, its net is working but there is no incoming calls and no any out going calls connecting. On 4th november 2017, i have recharged my mobile ([protected]) with rs.169 (Corresponding trans id:[protected]. The benefits corresponding to rs.169 are unlimited local+std calls and 500mb data/day, valid for 28 days. But, from today morning onwards, all my calls are being charged from my main account.

That means the recharge benefit of rs. 169 was given to me only for 14 days, whereas it should have been given for a duration...

Debit freeze on airtel account? Is that even serious.. Like, why do you even let people open an account guys?

Now, my simple question. Sweet and straight. I loaded money onto airtel money. Now, i want it back as i hardly find any use of that. Get my money back.

My wife is using my mobile number for few month on post paid connection. Last month october i visited a. S. Rao nagar branch requesting them to change my post paid to prepaid. They said come on 13th or november, when i visited the branch today, i. E., 18th nov-2017, they say, that the server is down. They said the same in october too. I have recharged with 399 pack but my free voice call service is not working since last five days. I have called the customer care but they concluded the matter saying it is a technical issue. When i asked them to transfer the call to senior official, they said that all the officials were busy. Plz resolve the matter....

In this offer your company tell to give 2 gb data for 28 days but i got only 1 gb data
Why should they do not gave me my remaining 1 gb data when i use my first 1 gb data

I’ve converted from airtel prepaid to postpaid on 13-nov-2017 and prepaid sim was deactivated on 15-nov-2017 and still my new connection is not yet activated. I am continuously following up with airtel customer care and store people but no response from 4 days.

Really very much disappointed with india’s fastest network like airtel and didn’t expect this type of service. Please look into my request...

I recharged prepaid cell phone on 12.11.2017 n 18.11.2017 respectively.
All the time received message recharge successful to the said no.
But the said cell neither received message of recharge neither recharge amount added to the cell account.
On contacting customer care 121 was told the recharge amount will be added to said cell account r repaid to my account by all in vain n wrong till date.

I have upgraded my old airtel sim to 4g i have got the sms that for security purpose sms services will be blocked for 24 hours

I recharged with rs 449 pack to get daily 1gb 4g data and calling. However with the data given i am not even able to open a single site on my mobile browser. The net speed is very slow, worse than 2g. Didn't expect this from airtel. I had been using jio before this for 9 months but never faced this problem. Disappointed! This is a bad strategy to retain customers.

Also, the ivr played on calling customer service, never takes...

My service o[censored]nlimited calling + 1gb/day for 70 days on airtel no. [protected], being stopped on 28 days for unknown reasons and without any notification.

Since i did not realize this for sometime as notification was sent, i continued using the data and calling which consumed rs100 balance from my main account.

Even the customer care did not helped rather acted unprofessionally and irrational, resulting into...

1. I have been using a post paid connection of airtel ([protected]) with infinity plan for some time now. I pay a monthly rental of about rs 890 for unlimited voice, roaming and about 19 gb of data.

2. The pre paid plans provide a much much better offer than any post paid. A 448 recharge gives a user 70 days o[censored]nlimited voice, national outgoing roaming and one gb data daily. For the same service...

Internet stops working from 1am at night.. And next day again in works from morning. Whole night it doesn't work. I am very irritated of this. My scheme is for 70 days daily 1gb. Whole day i use only 400mb, nevertheless it happens daily. Everyday after 1am it stops working. Even simple message also doesn't go. If it will happen regularly, i will change my sim to other network company....
