not getting service for last 10 days

My porting request was taken on 1/11/17 and i was assured by airtel person that i will get the service within 7working days but till now my connection not resumed. unable to receive incoming calls after porting

Sir,
I have ported my reliance gsm number to airtel postaid plan. As stated, i was asked to dial 59059 to activate and for verification after inserting the sim to the handset. But when i am dialing 59059 it is not verifying my details, rather offering me few offers regarding ringtones and other waste stuffs for which i am not at all interested.

miscommunications leads me lot of problem

I have talked customer service representative and added my another number to my existing plan. My parent number is [protected] which having 349 plan with rs 50 discount. My add on number [protected]. 4g net speed is too slow

Recently i made recharge of 399/-, unlimited calls and 1gb/per day for 70 days. Unfortunately after one day of recharge, net is very slow during day time. Speed is not going beyond 2kbps. Also outgoing calls are not going if i keep network in 4g mode.
Please let me know whether you will be able to resolve or not.
I can port to other network thinking 399 rupees given to some beggar....

excess bill amount in previous two months

Sir/mam,
Through this letter i would loke to make a request to you to check my bill prepared in previous two months.

My previous two bill (I. E. Of october and september) are charged too much (I. E. My bill is too much). Bill amount is much larger than it should be and there are certain mistakes in it. Please check my bill.

could not able to recharge

migration from post to prepaid scheme

Hi,

Its really sad to hear that airtel is providing very very bad service in the secure claim department. I raised a request through airtel secure for my phones earpiece not working properly.
They asked me for the documents. No one came and inspected the phone for the said problem. And then i got call saying that it is a manufacturing defect and closed the service request.

I'm complaining about the slow 4g internet connection

Worst internet speed as well as 4g is concern. Some times the internet speed is 3 mb/s and most of the time 122b/s. Airtel if you are providing 4g so please be true to your words.in advertisements you exaggerate the things but reality is worst than i thought. I have recently bought your 4g dongle just for downloading movies and the performance of the dongle is more than worst. It's my humble request to please fix this....

mnp request stuck

I submitted my mnp in an airtel bangalore store for porting from vodafone kolkata post paid number [protected] on the oct 27th. Airtel says all documents are accepted in their system still it shows it's waiting for mnp. It's been more than two weeks now. I've also opened a ticket 81065939 with airtel mnp helpdesk. No progress so far. My vodafone balance is fully cleared still mnp isn't happening....

Respected sir.. My mobile no is airtel [protected]. This is mobile no. Message facility out or in msg stop of 54 hours... I would call at customer care so arrogantly speaked call not again again... failed excess refund process.

I have paid extra amount in error @ 468.00 on 12th oct 2017.

I have been calling and mailing since then to airtel customer care. It has been more then a month but i have not got any appropriate action from airtel.
Everytime when i call or mail they give me a different deadline but i did not get any fund in my bank account till the date.
