I made a recharge of 4 g data pack of 399 but it is not working even in 2 g mode i made call many times to customer care but nobody helps me and they blocked my no and today when i made call to customer care then he refused to talk me and said me to call him tomorrow.. I am thinking for to complain against airtel and customer care officers... They passed my 1 month and i didn't recieve any benefit....

I fed with airtel service because i'm sending lots of complaint regarding date & my bill issue?
Company previous month data giving but not giving me? My previous data is 12gb
And company givin me only 2gb and company also not giving me my plan according data i complain on customer care my plan according data is 10gb september month but not givin?
Every month is upgrading 200 rupees increase my bill plan 549+service tax=648...

This is to state that i have tried to recharge my phone through airtel mobile app on 02/09/2017 at 12.25 am and 01.54 am for rs 399. On both the occasions the money got deducted from my account but i didn't got the credit. I have complained on two occasions to airtel via complaint no pr[protected] & pr[protected] regarding my two failed recharge transaction of rs 399 on my mobile no [protected] on my airtel app via seq no-969761 & 980094. But...

Charges for various offers are being deducted from my phone, without my permission. Charges are automatically being deducted from main balance. Are you guys a bunch of thieves. The offers for which the money was deducted were superstore and chilloffers. The money was deducted for for two different times. How can the service provider charge money on its own. The company needs to refund this money....

From yesterday night 3g and 4g network shutdown in chennai saturday 23.sep.2017. airtel saying themselves as India's fastest network. When I call customer services executive they saying wrong information regarding this .. worst network ever. Customer services executive even argued with me in bad words.

Since past 2 weeks i'm experiencing night mare with airtel 4g n/w, in one word it sucks.

At my home, ramagondanahalli, 560066 4g n/w is not continuous, some time just goes off, most of the time its 2g. Crap.

You are making fool o[censored]s saying 'fastest n/w of india'.

Kindly solve my concern or return my recharge amount of 350 rs, i'll port out to other n/w...

I am residing in joga bai, near jamia nagar. Its been a year now since we are struggling with the signal quality of airtel. We dont get more than two bara of signal anywhere in the house due to which there is no internet connectivity. 4g is a dream.

Kindly resolve the issue by sending a team here.

Airtel says india's fastest network but in reality airtel provides worst services, internet speed is like hell. I complained (No.[protected] regarding slow internet on 17th sep 2017 but did not get any positive response from airtel customer support, seems like airtel customer support people are sitting to make fool of their customers.

Their technical team contacted me and providing illogical solutions. I am tired doing multiple...

I have recharged my airtel number [protected] twice with 399 rupee but the transaction has failed. The transaction reference number is igacblrde6 and igacblrgx3. Please check the transacti on history and refund the amount as soon as possible....

I had raised the complain to airtel in june about certain airtel hd channels not available post payment of my complete one year pack. The complains has gone to deaf ears. I escalated to all nodal officers but they all are deaf.
This is the 4th month of my complain but it's of no use. I am getting charged and i'm not getting my problems resolved.

Please read the rediff.com order which clearly says that linking aadhaar with the mobile is illegal and you are liable to be hauled up for contempt.

I would like to inform you that my father lost his Airtel SIM today 24-09-17 due to lost his mobile phone and that sim is into it, no is [protected].
Hence, request you to do the needfull to block the sim as soon as possible to prevent misusage of it....

Airtel company deducted amount from my main balance without intimate me and then her i called to customer care, they also give rude reply and they were saying that the scheme is auto renewal but they didn't inform me about it when i activated it. And like this i lost my money as balance now and before also and company doing open robbery like this.

I called too may times to the customer care for getting my bill on my mail. They always told that they will cont with in 2 hours but they never call me. It is happing from the last 21 days. I complaint too many times for getting my postpaid bill of my number [protected] on my mail id sarvesh. [protected]@gmail.com. My complaint number is po[protected] on airtel. But i didnt get any response from the operator.....

I had visited an area near border of west bengal. I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls.
This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.
