[protected] is my number, on august 13 2017 i had recharged my number with 899, it was an offer on my number for 84 days which had been given 2gb data/day with unlimited call (Tnc apply)
I had checked this offer on my number best offer by ussd code *121# and also called to the customer care to assure about this offer, one of your customer...

My number ([protected]) is lost. So I reissue another sim of this number only.But messages are not coming on my prepaid airtel number like otp, bank alerts and from company also . I go to nearst airtel store for data recovery. From their I get to know It will done which is also not done till now.please solved my problem as soon as possible ....

I had taken a pack for 2999 for my visit in u. K. For 3 days. They sent me a bill for 66k inspite of me using wifi at dubai airport. Airtel is looting people and not even having a resolution for it. When i make a call to toll free no, they make charged (12/09/17), for this am made call to customer care, without providing any information, they cut call and after again made call they transfer to another department (Land line), later also they cut call. I am user of airtel postpaid ([protected]), currently i am using a 99 rs rental myplan. For this month i have received a bill of rs 31221.14. When i have checked this bill details i have found that airtel have charged all this amount on my data usage, although i have also a data balance of 11gb.

I was totally shocked by seeing this huge amount (31221), usually i am getting the bill of around rs130.

I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by airtel to the customers. The network problem in my area (Awani socity, near ramna ganpati, laxminagar, pune 411009).

The network problem discuss with your local centre but they can not given satisfied solution. They are not at all interested in providing a foolproof solution to the network coverage issue.

I am unable to recharge my number ([protected]) using any of the online recharge modes like myairtel app or airtel.in or even using internet banking.

I have registered complaint for this around 5 times with the customer care but still no resolution.
